Les Dames is a growing sisterhood of women who believe in reaching back as we rise. Born from a simple idea—that no woman should walk alone through life’s hardest seasons—Les Dames creates intentional spaces for mentorship, connection, and empowerment across generations.
We gather to connect deeply, mentor boldly, and stand in the gap for young women. Our signature initiative? Eradicating period poverty for girls under 19 and equipping them with the body literacy and education they deserve.
The Arab chapter of Les Dames is a local hub of kindness, wisdom, and action. Together, we’re changing the story for the next generation—one school, one city, one community at a time.
